Franklin Precast concrete septic tanks are guaranteed to pass vacuum testing procedures by ASTM C1227 standards. If our tank does not pass onsite vacuum testing we will repair or replace the faulty tank at no additional cost to the customer. Water testing is not covered by this guarantee. If the customer chooses water testing methods for testing a Franklin Precast tank, the water tightness guarantee is void and Franklin Precast is not responsible for repair or replacement.
